Nextel was getting poor feedback from potential customers about how complicated choosing a phone and rate plan on their existing website was. So I came up with the Nextel Phone Finder.
This dynamic Flash application recommends phone and service packages based on a simple interactive survey interface. Fun and easy to use, this idea helped promote over a 28% lift in online handset sales in one month. The response was so positive, I'm going to do two more for them.
